Effective: July 14, 2026

Terms governing use of the public CrewAlarm website, setup guides, and beta signup form.

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the public CrewAlarm website, setup guides, and beta signup form. CrewAlarm is operated by Marvella Group LLC.

By using the website, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to crewalarm.com and its public content. They do not, by themselves, govern a future native CrewAlarm application if separate app terms are later provided.

2. Website Purpose

The CrewAlarm website provides:

  • information about CrewAlarm
  • product announcements
  • setup and safety guidance
  • beta program information
  • access to the beta signup form

Website content may change as CrewAlarm is developed. What you see on the site today may be updated, expanded, or replaced over time.

3. Beta Signup

The beta signup form lets visitors express interest in early access to CrewAlarm. By submitting the form, you understand that:

  • submission expresses interest only and does not guarantee selection or access
  • beta access may be limited by device, platform, testing capacity, geography, airline, role, technical requirements, or development priorities
  • Marvella Group may contact you about beta availability or related CrewAlarm updates using the information you provide
  • you must provide accurate information in the form
  • duplicate, false, abusive, or automated submissions are prohibited

Marvella Group does not promise a launch date, acceptance into the beta, compensation, or permanent access through the signup form.

4. CrewAlarm Is an Additional Protection Tool

CrewAlarm is intended to provide an additional layer of wake-up and missed-call protection. It is not a substitute for your own judgment, procedures, or backup systems.

You should not rely on CrewAlarm, this website, an alarm, a phone, a notification, or any single technical system as your sole protection against:

  • oversleeping
  • missed calls
  • missed reports
  • missed assignments
  • employment consequences
  • operational disruptions

You remain responsible for:

  • maintaining backup alarms and wake-up methods
  • confirming device volume and notification settings
  • ensuring your device is powered, charged, connected, and functioning
  • following employer, airline, union, and regulatory procedures
  • independently confirming schedules, assignments, report times, and required communications

5. No Guarantee of Continuous Operation

Websites, devices, operating systems, networks, notifications, phone calls, third-party services, and future CrewAlarm software may fail, be delayed, be unavailable, or behave differently because of circumstances outside Marvella Group's control.

Examples include:

  • device power loss
  • disabled permissions
  • silent or focus modes
  • operating-system restrictions
  • network outages
  • carrier failures
  • hardware failure
  • software updates
  • incorrect user configuration
  • third-party platform changes

The public website and guides do not guarantee that any device configuration will work in every circumstance.

6. Setup Guides and Informational Content

Guide content on the website is provided for general informational assistance. You should understand that:

  • screenshots and operating-system behavior may change
  • you must verify settings on your own device
  • device manufacturers and platform providers control many behaviors
  • the guides are not official documentation from Apple, Google, an airline, an employer, or a union unless specifically stated

Nothing on the website should be read as endorsement by those organizations.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • attempt to disrupt or damage the website
  • use automated means to abuse the beta signup form
  • attempt unauthorized access to website systems
  • scrape or extract personal information from the website
